Rosie is curerntly painting full time and exhibiting where and when opportunities arise. She uses innovative techniques to create unique abstract landscapes. Onto a bitumen foundations she applies, marble, oxides, tissue, handmade papers, crushed rock, resin, adhesives, wax and inks. These works explore a women’s perspective and relationship within isolated environments and is continually seeking a sense of place within harsh landscapes.
The resulting works linking the feminine with landscapes are hoped to be emotive, thought provoking and life affirming.
